Appendix 1, Signals for Safety model for discussing appropriate and inappropriate touching.
Appendix 2, Signals for Safety labels. A set of red, orange and green labels should be copied to provide one set for every student.
Appendix 3, Body Outline Worksheet.

  • Signals for Safety Poster for discussing appropriate and inappropriate touching.
  • Body parts labels for labeling parts of the body.
  • Puberty cards for discussing puberty development (these cards will match the chosen ethnicity of the floor mats).
  • Internal organ cards – skull, brain, lungs, heart, stomach, liver, intestines, kidneys, male and female reproductive organs, symbols representing the 5 senses and full skeleton.
  • Swimsuit front and back.

All of the above resources come in a branded, durable zipped bag, which will prove extremely useful to store all of the various components in the pack. An A4 plastic wallet is also provided to store the body part labels, puberty cards, teacher information booklet and the various internal organ cards.
